Release-Notes: Throw A Shoe At-Bush Game v1.2

- Added new alternate hit with nice tooth cracking sound
- Added bonus feature. You get 10 bonus points if you get 10 hits in a row.
- Increased a random speed of blocking/ducking
- Bug Fix: Clicking on the hand while the shoe is flying in the air doesn't make it disappear anymore.
- Bug Fix: Fixed issue where sometimes you wouldn’t get penalized for throwing on a duck.
- Bug Fix: Fullscreen version of the game now works properly in Firefox.
- Cleaned up code for easier future enhancements.
- Hall of Fame added on the Leaderboards page.
