Release-Notes: Throw A Shoe At-Bush Game v1.3

- Music added and a button to toggle the music on/off.
- Preload Bar has been added.
- A critical bug has been fixed in this version.  The issue was the following:
  Some people reported that their names did not always get listed on the Leaderboards. 
  We found this issue on the PlayStation 3 browser and fixed that problem. 
  Other browsers should also work better now too. But we still recommend Internet Explorer or Firefox.
